Squeeze It In Workout #1 - While you're cooking
Most of the time when cooking, you're just standing there. So, DO something.
20 calf raises
10 plie squats
20 glute raises
**Now just repeat that as you cook**
Squeeze It In Workout #2 - Playing with the kids at home
Sometimes, playing with the kids is VERY active. You're chasing, rolling around on the ground, running, etc. Sometimes, they just want you there. So, DO something! Drop to the ground and get some abs done.
Ab routine! -
20 hip raises
**Now, repeat until you can't anymore or it's time to switch kiddo activities.**
Squeeze It In Workout #3 - At the park
This is easy. Your kids are running around the playground, you're just sitting there on your phone or taking pics. Get UP and DO something!
10 walking lunges
10 alternating lunges
**Now, repeat while your kids play!**
Squeeze It In Workout #4 - While you're watching TV
Ok, come ON. You're just sitting there. Let's play a game. Every commercial break, get up and DO something!
Alternate the following exercises for the duration of the commercial break. Each time a new commercial comes on, switch exercises.
**Now, repeat every time commercials come on!**
Squeeze It In Workout #5 - At the office
Again, you're just sitting there. Couple options here - if you have an actual office where you have some level of privacy (and hence, can avoid your co-workers looking at you funny), you can stand up and do any of the leg exercises above. No walls at work? No problem. Set a timer on your computer and every hour, get up, go walk for 5 minutes and do a few squats, maybe a few pushups off your desk.
