Yes, it's cold out. But guess what? Summer bodies are made in the winter. So let's make that bikini body you can't wait to show off!
First, you need to get rid of the junk. If you want to whip yourself into bikini shape, the junk food has to go! Go through your pantry, cupboard, fridge, that secret stash, ALL OF IT, and get rid of it. That's right, throw it away. It has no place in your life over the next 60 days.
Second, you need to plan and track. We've all heard the saying "Failing to plan is planning to Fail." Let me ask you, how many times have you started a diet or fitness plan and didn't stick to it? The key is organization. Plan what you want to do and track it!
Third is your goals. Kinda hard to plan and track if you don't know to plan and track for! Your big goal is probably something like this "I want to lose weight" or even as specific as "I want to lose 25 pounds by September 1st". The second goal is better than the first. What do you want? - To lose 25 pounds. By when? - By September 1st. What will you do to achieve that goal? - workout and eat healthy. How - 3 days of cardio, 3 days of strength training and following your healthy meal plan. MUCH BETTER. Now make specific daily goals (ie - what you'll eat and how and when you'll workout) for each day.
Fourth, let's start the planning process. Plan your meals and your workouts on the Weekly Planner. BE SPECIFIC! What foods you are going to eat, when you'll prepare them, when you'll shop for them, what workouts you'll do and when.
