Whole Mommy Bootcamp
You want to be in AWESOME shape but don't want to leave your little one behind. Join Whole Mommy Bootcamps! In addition to great small group workouts tailored to your needs, the program includes a personalized at-home workout program, nutrition guidance, fitness assessments, goal development, measurements and tracking and all the fun and encouragement you need! Sometimes, one-on-one fitness training is just what you need! Every workout will be tailored specifically for you and your goals. You will have undivided attention throughout the workout, the opportunity to discuss any challenges or changes needed to your program. You will also receive an at-home plan, goal setting and tracking, monthly fitness assessments and any nutrition assistance you'd like (see our nutrition section for a full description of what is offered!). This is the most comprehensive health and fitness program!*
Three sessions per week - $420/month ($35 per session, average)
Two sessions per week - $320/month ($40 per session, average)
One session per week - $180/month ($45 per session, average)
Per session rate - $50

Failing to plan is planning to fail. So let's PLAN! Together, we'll design a comprehensive and very personal health and fitness plan using SMART goals. You'll have a short, mid and long term plan. This includes fitness assessments and a general workout and nutrition plan.
