Whole Life Health and Fitness was founded on the principle that whole living is healthy living. Eating nutritious foods, staying physically active, enjoying activities that challenge your mind, finding quiet moments to meditate and getting enough sleep are just a few of the main ingredients to whole living.
Finding a balance of these components in your life is a unique journey for everyone. Whole Life Health and Fitness will partner with you on this journey by designing a fitness program specifically tailored to meet your needs. We will work with you to create a healthy diet that makes you feel healthy, clean and energetic.
We provide many options for you - stroller bootcamps, personal training, at-home workout programming, goal setting and tracking and nutrition counseling.

Vivian has always been passionate about fitness and made a leap of faith in 2006 to make it a full time career. After helping personal training clients realize their health and fitness potential, her background in business launched her into leading personal training departments and helping gyms realize their full income and service capabilities.
After having her son in 2013, she realized returning to her career as a trainer and manager was out of the question. 4a - 9p days doesn't work well with an infant! She knew she had to find a way to incorporate her passion and knowledge for fitness into her new life. Thus Whole Life Health and Fitness and more specifically, Whole Mommy Bootcamps were born!
There were many other stroller bootcamp options out there but none allowed her to retain her soul as a personal trainer. She keeps her camps small so she can focus on each participant and provide as much one-on-one assistance as possible.
